I’ve been working in security sector for a while, so I was pleased to be given the opportunity to join the Security First Line Manager course. It’s been invaluable in helping me improve my technical skills and communication. The course has given me a different perspective on how to interact with people, especially in challenging situations.
One of the key things I’ve learned is how to talk to people effectively and calm them down when they’re in distress. It has been a significant development for me. I owe a lot to the guidance and motivation from my team, particularly Gary, who has been a constant support.
